Arkham Living Room
Arkham City’s a great game, fo sho. But don’t let your virtual prowess as Batman fool you into thinking any of those skills cross over to real life. Sometimes I can’t make it through my own house without slamming my shoulder into a door frame.

Dark Knight Detective by Declan Shalvey. The image is very cool, but I love his pitch for a new Batman series.
“DARK KNIGHT DETECIVE; a crime series set in Gotham city. Not a superhero book. It would be a mix of the Batman Animated Series, Year One, Gotham Central, and The Wire. This would be a more street-level book with the emphasis on the Batman solving actual crimes, instead of fighting super-villains all the time.”
I enjoy Morrison and Snyder’s respective takes on the character, but I’m ready for this book. Added to my list of Imaginary Stories that I’d love Marvel/DC to publish.

batman: city of crime is a pretty good Batman story dealing primarily with his detective work. The bad-guys are made out of sand though.
Still a really good story nonetheless

“I wanted to take them back to that time while also giving them—instead of funky leotards—outfits that they could more realistically wear from around that time. Batman’s outfit is basically a bat-cloaked motorcycle patrolman while Superman is an all-american football star.”

I’m positive there’s not a single fan of his writing on earth. Don’t know why they bother filling in the speech bubbles.
